By placing an order with clairemontréal closet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy. This includes our return conditions, timeframes, and the return steps listed below.
If a dispute or chargeback is opened, this policy and any related order details (such as order confirmation, tracking, and communication history) may be used as supporting documentation.
Returns (30 Days)
If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Only tried on or inspected in a normal way

Free from stains, odors, damage, or excessive wear
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived incorrect or defective.
We review returns after they arrive. Once received and approved, returns are typically processed within 7 business days. We may refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage, or handling beyond normal inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

After review, we may offer:

A refund or alternative solution (depending on the situation)
In some cases, we may not require you to return a damaged item.
Replacements (when applicable) are usually processed within 7–14 business days.
Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If your package appears lost in transit:

We will assist you with the next steps and coordinate with the shipping carrier
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, a $35 CAD deduction may be applied to any refund to cover administrative and shipping costs.
Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, cancellations are not always possible once an order has been placed.
